  • What hours are Ryderwear Gyms open?

    Our retail store and gym reception is open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sundays. Our retail store is closed on public holidays.

    Our gym is open 24/7 to members using their gym access key.

  • Can I use multiple locations? 

    You sure can.

    If you have a membership with Ryderwear Gyms you can access all of our Gyms. 

  • Can I use a Giftcard from the Online Ryderwear Business in store? 

    All gift cards and credit notes are now accepted both in-store and online, making it even easier to shop with us.

  • How much are casual visits?

    Train for a day under our standard contract for just $20.00, or try our platinum features such as Pilates Studio and Saunas for just $30.00*

    *Subject to availability and not available at every location.

  • Can I return items in store?

    You can only return items if you have purchased them from the retail space in the gym. We are unable to accept any online order returns.

  • Do you have a cooling off period for memberships?

    We have a 7 day cooling off period if you change your mind about your gym membership.

  • Do you have Personal Trainers?

    We certainly do.

    We are currently building up the team for each gym however you can contact the gym you frequently visit and the gym staff will be able to assist you with a Personal Trainer.

  • Do you have classes?

    We don't have classes in our gyms however some of our Personal Trainers are offering small group training. You can contact the gym your visit for more information.

  • What is the notice period for the No Lock in membership? 

    SA Members have a 2 week notice period, WA Members have a 4 weeks notice Period, Paid in Full Members are non refundable.

    You can still use the gym during your notice period.

  • Does any of the Ryderwear Gyms have a creche?

    At this stage none of our Gyms have a creche.

  • What is the youngest age I can join? 

    The minimum age requirement for membership at Ryderwear Gym is 14 years. Members under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to join and use our facilities. This policy aims to encourage a fit and healthy lifestyle for children.

  • Do you sell Supplements?

    We stock a huge range of supplements in all of our Ryderwear Gyms from Pre work out, Creatine, Protein and plenty of Grab and Go drinks.
